Praise following change of Heart

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has lifted two of the three conditions it placed on the Heart of England NHS foundation trust earlier in the year, following inspections.

In a report, the CQC said the trust had addressed its concerns and the conditions, which related to essential standards of quality and safety linked to safeguarding people who use services and staffing, were removed.
