Two-and-a-half years on from the terrible fire that engulfed Grenfell tower and tragically claimed 72 lives, thousands of families are still living in privately-owned properties with equally flammable cladding.

Pressure has been exerted on developers and commercial building owners to foot the bill, threats have been made to name and shame those that drag their feet, and considerable sums of public money have been put aside to deliver remediation. And yet, in spite of this, very little has materially changed since I last wrote for The MJ on this issue 12 months ago.
