New principal adviser at APSE

APSE has appointed its new principal adviser for South and South West England.

Helen Burkhalter is the new APSE principal adviser for South and South West England. She joined the association in 2012.

Ms Burkhalter started her career in local government on the IDeA National Graduate Development Programme, in 2007.
