Charity-led membership body, the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association (PFRA), has announced that Lucy Ellender will be joining the organisation as outreach officer on a year-long secondment from the Local Government Association (LGA).

Ms Ellender is currently a programme officer at the LGA, specialising in member services, and will use her experience of and contacts within local government to help build the association's profile with councils.
