Projects lawyer, Matthew Ramus, has been promoted to partner at leading UK law firm, Burges Salmon, in recognition of his work on high-profile public infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients, including Babcock International Group Plc and the Ministry of Defence.

Mr Ramus advises clients across a number of different sectors, including defence, emergency services, central and local government and education. He works on the full range of transaction structures, such as privatisations, joint ventures, government-owned contractor-operated arrangements and outsourcing contracts.
