Three county councils are working together for the first ‘combined authority' partnership of its kind in the country.

The leaders of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire county councils launched their offer to ministers on 16 December for the devolution of powers around infrastructure, skills and economic growth.
