Communities secretary Eric Pickles has ordered a public inquiry into controversial plans for a giant incinerator in Norfolk.

Mr Pickles called in the planning application to build the plant at King's Lynn last week, after he revealed the DCLG had received almost 6,000 letters about the proposal.
