Neighbourhood agreements have helped improve the quality of life for people in one of Tower Hamlet's oldest estates, says Lara Cerroni.

One of the oldest social housing estates in the country now finds itself at the forefront of a new way of working with Tower Hamlets Council that increases resident involvement in the running of their community.
