Devolution is expected to feature in today's Queen's Speech as the Government outlines its planned legislation for the first time since 2017.

Brexit is likely to feature heavily in the speech as the deadline for leaving the EU on the 31 October approaches. An EU Withdrawal Bill will pave the way for Brexit if Prime Minister Boris Johnson agrees a deal with the EU in talks later this week.
