The Queen's Speech must include an Act to make the ‘Devo Manc' deal a reality, the Centre for Cities has claimed. 

Since the election, the Prime Minister and Chancellor have restated their commitment to creating a Northern Powerhouse, and the appointment of Greg Clark as communities secretary will also strengthen the case for devolution.
