Rachel Robins, director of people and organisational improvement at Warrington Borough Council has left the authority this week.

Diana Terris, chief executive of the council said: 'As with other local authorities, the significant financial challenge of central government's comprehensive spending review has led to a rationalisation of the council's senior leadership team.
