Radical care revision

Social care budgets have not been filled by the chancellor. As councils wake up to more days of looking into a £54bn black hole, we are working with many on a twin-track plan of finding real short-term improvements while committing to long-term root-cause prevention.

Now is the time to consider a radical overhaul of how we understand and devise public services.
