The New Local Government Network (NLGN) is launching a search for radical ideas to help change the face of council services.

Developed in partnership with communication giants BT, the OneBigIdea programme aims to produce a single business case to tackle one the key challenges facing the sector. The programme will launch later this month with a survey of councils on the main issues facing local government.
