Re-setting relationships Sheffield-style

Sheffield City Council’s transformation plan aims to create 50 new roles to build a financially sustainable council where residents’ voices are firmly at the heart of all it does, writes Claire Taylor

Like every other local authority, Sheffield City Council faces the challenges of constrained budgets and rising demand in changing and uncertain times. And, like most councils, we have a transformation programme to meet those challenges.

In Sheffield, we also have an ambition to reset the relationship with our communities to build trust.
