A few weeks ago I was in the fortunate position of being able to spend some time with a number of county chief executives at our annual Association of County Chief Executives (ACCE) gathering.

Our time together was a great mix of interesting and insightful speakers, honest reflections and conversations, shared learning and (yes, really) fun.
