Needs recognised Economic growth doesn't need to come at the expense of the environment or quality of life, the South East England Regional Assembly claimed at its recent infrastructure summit.

Launching its implementation plan for the South East Plan, assembly chair, Keith Mitchell, said the document ‘represents the first thorough audit of infrastructure needs to support planned growth'.
