Recruitment deal will give sector wider range of solutions

Human resources specialist Penna has formed a strategic partnership with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance’s (CIPFA) recruitment service.

Human resources specialist Penna has formed a strategic partnership with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance's (CIPFA) recruitment service.

The partnership will see CIPFA's recruitment service be transferred over to Penna's Recruitment Solutions business.
