Recruitment firm launches public sector arm

Recruitment agency McLean Partnership will launch a specialist executive service for the public sector, McLean Public, later this month.

Recruitment agency McLean Partnership will launch a specialist executive service for the public sector, McLean Public, later this month.

Managing director of the new venture, Jonathan Swain, said: ‘A fresh and dedicated approach to levelling the playing field for senior hires specifically for local government and the broader public sector has been long overdue.'

The new firm aims to identify and attract talent from a range of backgrounds and experiences to help build teams that reflect the communities they serve.

It will launch on 26 April.
