Reeves reforms could lead to higher returns, Welsh pension funds say

A collaboration of eight local government pension scheme (LGPS) funds in Wales has said making certain UK assets more attractive could lead to higher returns.

A collaboration of eight local government pension scheme (LGPS) funds in Wales has said making certain UK assets more attractive could lead to higher returns. 

In response to the consultation on Labour's big pensions shake-up plans, Wales Pension Partnership said it did not believe Government encouragement to increase pension funds' investment in a wider range of asset classes would lead to greater yields.
