Amy Harhoff, director of regeneration and growth at Sandwell MBC, is to join Durham CC.

She has been appointed corporate director for regeneration, economy and growth. The position was created following the departure of Ian Thompson, former corporate director for regeneration and local services at Durham, earlier this year.
