Regeneration reaps rewards

It is a harsh reality that resources in local government are under extreme pressure. Justifying regeneration therefore has become vital, if it is to be considered as a critical investment rather than discounted as a vanity project.

September is the deadline for the Great British High Street Awards. As Dacorum BC enters Hemel Hempstead in the Rising Star category, it reminds me about the rewards making big decisions can bring.
