Regeneration specialist, Bill Cotton, has been named for the role of executive director for environment and economy at Bournemouth Council.

Mr Cotton's appointment completes the authority's top management team. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked at Leeds City Council, Wandsworth LBC, Swindon Council and Bath and North East Somerset Council.
