Reimagining Leeds' hub regeneration

Leeds Integrated Station Masterplan (LISM), is one example of how a city council is taking a forward-thinking approach, says Jamie Kerr.

Around the UK there are countless examples of public and private sector organisations capitalising on the broad regeneration benefits offered by investment in key transport hubs.

LCR is a property development company wholly owned by the Department of Transport (DfT) and it is collaborating with local authorities in locations including Sheffield, Nottingham and Staffordshire to deliver wide-ranging regeneration development projects around both new and existing stations.
