Let's replace Britain's 'old, cold housing stock'

Now two thirds of local authorities have declared a climate emergency it's time to grasp the nettle on net zero carbon

According to the latest figures nearly two thirds (65%) of district, county, unitary and metropolitan councils have declared a climate emergency – 265 out of 408 councils.
