Care integration and sustainability and transformation plans (STP) will fail without better collaboration across services, a report has warned.

A study from Collaborate and Oxford University has warned the benefits of devolution for health, care and support systems will ‘remain a fiction' unless the sector efficiently organises partnership working across services.
