New analysis has claimed arms-length management organisations (ALMOs) have outperformed councils where housing is managed internally.

Research into the first six months of new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), commissioned by the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA) and released exclusively to The MJ, showed ALMOs outperforming their council counterparts on a range of measures.
