Reshuffle raises question marks over social care

The Department of Health (DoH) has denied social care has been downgraded after a reshuffle of ministerial responsibilities.

The Department of Health (DoH) has denied social care has been downgraded after a reshuffle of ministerial responsibilities.

It was confirmed last week that social care is now the responsibility of junior health minister, David Mowat, who has been appointed as parliamentary under secretary.
