Residents to manage third borough library

Camden LBC has agreed to hand over a third library to community groups in the borough, in order to help protect services.

The local authority has approved plans for Primrose Hill Community Association to take over management of Chalk Farm Library, just weeks after giving the green light to similar plans for two other libraries in the north London borough.
