A credit union set up with the help of Newcastle-under-Lyme BC has attracted 440 members since its launch in January 2009.

The chair of the Staffordshire Credit Union board, Robin Wiles, said its membership continuesd to grow on a daily basis and the union offered a ‘great way to save and make money'.
