How to give residents a voice in social housing

It has been said that feedback is the breakfast of champions. Never were truer words spoken than in the delivery of social housing.

Housing providers that capture residents' views and crucially, listen to their complaints, can respond more effectively to the issues they face. It's also important to build meaningful relationships with individuals and families to understand how to best support them.
