A quiet revolution is under way in the West of England where South Gloucestershire Council is driving through its Digital by Design programme. Our aim is to make communications more immediate, more direct and most importantly, more flexible.

At the heart of this programme is eDocs, or electronic documents, a piece of software developed internally by the council's digital team.
