Richard Cohen appointed deputy chief executive

East Devon DC’s new-look senior management team is now complete, following the appointment of Richard Cohen as one of two new deputy chief executives.

East Devon DC's new-look senior management team is now complete, following the appointment of Richard Cohen as one of two new deputy chief executives.

The other new deputy chief executive is Denise Lyon, who is currently a corporate director and deputy chief executive at the council. The two new appointees will report to chief executive, Mark Williams.
