Moray Council has announced a new appointment in the key post of director of environmental services.

Richard Harland has been head of planning and building standards at Highland Council since 2006, prior to which he worked with West Lothian Council and Gordon DC. He fills the post vacated by Bob Stewart, who retired earlier this year.
