One of the local government and housing sector's fast-rising stars has joined the East Thames Group (ECT) – the organisation that will turn the post-Games Olympic Village into flats and homes for the social and private sector.

Tony Clements will join ETG as the group's assistant director for strategic initiatives. He joins from consultant, Navigant, where he has worked for two years.
