Robot Amelia to answer council queries

A US-based technology firm will deploy what is thought to be the first European public sector use of artificial intelligence (AI) at Enfield LBC.

A US-based technology firm will deploy what is thought to be the first European public sector use of artificial intelligence (AI) at Enfield LBC.

IPSoft has created robot Amelia to deal with residents' enquiries as part of a groundbreaking programme to improve service delivery.
