Chief executive of Rochdale MBC calls for local authority departments to work together to prevent sexual exploitation of children.

The chief executive of Rochdale MBC has called for local authority departments to work together in order to prevent the sexual exploitation of children.

Speaking to The MJ after the publication of an independent review, which concluded that former managers did not do enough to protect the grooming and sexual abuse of children, Jim Taylor said it was the 'role of the whole council' to deal with the issue.
