Rochdale denies failing children in care

Rochdale MBC has denied that it has failed to protect children in care from being trafficked after being castigated in the national press today.

Rochdale MBC has denied that it has failed to protect children in care from being trafficked after being castigated in the national press today.

A Freedom of Information (FOI) Act request submitted to 430 councils found that 152 children in council care have permanently disappeared and 88 temporarily since 2015.
