Roney to take on Solace role

Manchester City Council chief executive Joanne Roney is set to take on the post of President of Solace at the body’s AGM next month.

Manchester City Council chief executive Joanne Roney is set to take on the post of President of Solace at the body's AGM next month.

Ms Roney takes over from current president, Martin Swales, as his two-year tenure comes to an end.
