Mandy Lewis was previously with Flintshire CC and takes on the role following the departure of Cath Burns.

Rossendale BC has appointed Mandy Lewis as its new director of economic development.

Ms Lewis was previously with Flintshire CC as development services manager, and takes on the role following the departure of Cath Burns last year.
