Rotherham in bid to be 'child-centred' borough

Rotherham MBC has announced plans to become a ‘child-centred borough’ two years on from the Jay Review into child sexual exploitation in the district.

Rotherham MBC has announced plans to become a ‘child-centred borough' two years on from the Jay Review into child sexual exploitation in the district.

The council has admitted that ‘much improvement' is still required for supporting looked-after children.
