A list of the suspected main perpetrators of organised child sexual exploitation in Rotherham in 2003 was provided to all of South Yorkshire's local councils, it has been revealed. 

The list of names appeared as an appendix to a major 68-page report by Dr Angie Heal on the links between grooming and drug dealing, which also went to the Government Office for the North East and senior police figures.
