The skies above Buckingham Palace explode in a spectacular fireworks display, marking the end of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert on 4 June.

Westminster City Council claimed 85 of its street-cleaners collected almost 30 tonnes of rubbish from the Jubilee Pageant route the previous night, as councils put themselves on the frontline of the celebrations.
