Thousands of jobs have been secured in local communities across the UK with confirmation of contracts to build the next generation of Royal Navy aircraft carriers.

Deals worth £333m were announced last week, which will secure the jobs of naval architects, structural engineers, design engineers, graduates, and administration staff.
