Blackburn with Darwen Council turned to man's best friend to get its message out about voter ID.

The council put together a news bulletin fronted by Dan Walkies and Susanna Lead (played by Bea the cocker spaniel and Nyah the cockapoo) in an effort to get tongues (and tails) wagging about the new requirements.
