Gateshead MBC has chosen Kier Property to create a major new development on the vacant site next to the Sage.

Kier was named as preferred bidder last week, and preliminary plans include a mixture of restaurants, a cinema, homes and shops. ‘We look forward to working in close partnership with Gateshead MBC and demonstrating how well the Kier approach to project delivery adds value for our clients,' said managing director, Dick Simkin.
