Rita Sammons has left SOLACE Enterprises and is setting up her own consultancy.

She became a director of SOLACE Enterprises in 2003 following a high profile career in local government HR. Ms Sammons will be working on strategic HR and OD assignments and undertaking organisational and service reviews.
