Sandwell MBC has appointed Martin Samuels as its new service director of commissioning.

Mr Samuels role brings him back to Sandwell, as he was previously director of corporate planning for Sandwell Primary Care Trust, and later, director of the Towards 2010 – now the Right Care Right Here – programme.
