A children’s services boss has claimed she was used as a ‘scapegoat’ after being sacked by Salford City Council.

A children's services boss has claimed she was used as a ‘scapegoat' after being sacked by Salford City Council.

Jill Baker was dismissed by the council in December 2009, and is currently arguing her case for unfair and wrongful dismissal at an employment tribunal.
