Work scheme firm A4E purchased for £34m by Staffline

The welfare-to-work company A4E has been bought by the outsourcing and training company Staffline Group in a deal worth more than £34m.

The welfare-to-work company A4E has been bought by the outsourcing and training company Staffline Group in a deal worth more than £34m.

Staffline acquired the firm for £23.5m in cash and also assumed A4E's debt of £11m, which pushed the value of the agreement up to £34.5m.
