Scotland's plan to make the most of its water resources must be linked with environmental, energy and planning policies, according to a new Scottish Parliament report.

A report into Scotland's Hydro nation plan by the country's infrastructure and capital investment committee, warns the programme must be closely linked with other policy strands.
